Responsibilities:
- Retrieves mail from post office, sorts and delivers to specified locations in a timely manner - Prepares outgoing mail and delivers to post office daily - Pulls and refiles loan files as requested - Scans and indexes documents - Completes courier runs to various locations - Assists Facilities Specialist as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a courier or in a similar role is preferred - Ability to meet physical requirement of position, lifting up to 30 lbs - Familiarity with office software such as Word and Excel - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; scanning and indexing software preferred - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Must be able to pass security background check - Must be bondable by the credit union's insurance agency Job Type:
