A successful Referral Coordinator candidate will share our commitment to delivering the highest quality patient care with exceptional client service.
They will be expected to bring a positive attitude, maintain a high level of confidence, along with displaying:
Excellence in customer service, communication and listening skills.
Decision making skills to choose the most appropriate course of action, The ability to integrate new information into problem solving.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
ECW (E-Clinical works) experience preferred, but not required.
Clinical and Coordinating experience preferred, but not required.
